On the evening of the 23d inst., at the First Baptist Church in this city, by the Rev. J. J. Keyes, assisted by the Rev. Mr. Van Benschoten, Mr. W. N. Walter, to Miss Helen L. Hurd, all of Elmira. D Emma Goldsmith. In my brother's baby book it names John Doyle and Catherine Deering as his grandparents. The late Mr. Hughes served in the Boer War and the Great War. The remains were laid to rest in the family vault in Killurin Churchyard. October 17th, , at Kilmuckridge Church, by the Rev. Thomas H. Armstrong, Richard Rossiter, Esq, House of. William and the late Mrs March of Kooringa and Miss Florence Lamey, youngest daughter of Mrs and the late Mr A. Lamey of Mount Gambier. The Rev. J. P. H. Tilbrook of Kooringa, performed the ceremony and Mr. Harold Parsons played the wedding music. The church was very tastefully decorated for the occasion. At the home of the bride in Redwood, Jan. 1st, by Rev. J. H. Stewart, Mr. D. HERSHEL DOWLING of Fine, and Miss EMMA, youngest daughter of CHARLES ZOLLER, Esq. At the Orleans parsonage on Jan. 1st, by Rev. W. E. Traver, Mr. JEROME SHAVE of Perch River and Miss ADDIE GOTHAM of Dexter.
